Just like any other communication platform (MailChimp, ConstantContact) - organizations will provide us with a weekly report including the details we need to send emails to adopters/fosters with new pets.  *We have other options if necessary and also provide step by step instructions for most sheltering software to pull the reports.

Our team then triggers the automated series for newly uploaded adopters.  This support program has the following workflow:

• Immediate: Welcome Home email+sms
• Day 3: Establishing Routines email
• Day 7: Social Development email+sms
• Day 14: Alone Time Enrichment email
• Day 21: All Things Well Being email
• Day 28: Happy 1 Month Adoptaversary
• Day 60: Checkin & Feedback Prompt 
• Day 90: Final Checkin & Feedback Prompt

We include the organization's name as the "Sender" though emails will be sent from the generic address "resource@parenting.pet" so it will look like:

From: ABC ORG <resource@parenting.pet>

Inside each email we add the pet welfare organization's logo in the header and name + contact email address in the footer of all emails along with an unsubscribe disclosure/option.

We act as a facilitator to provide free and/or deeply discounted gifts to adopters or fosters.  Every adopter/foster must explicitly agree to receive gifts offered by brands and under no circumstance is data provided to brands otherwise.  In addition, any gifts will include a note stating the gift is from the shelter/rescue when received by the brand.

Under no circumstances do we sell, trade, rent, lease or otherwise distribute contact information without the explicit consent* from adopters and the respective pet welfare organization.

We manage your pet parent subscriber list in an effort to keep your supporters engaged.  At any time you would like a report of your subscribers, we are happy to send it to you!  At any time you no longer want us to send emails on your behalf, you just need to email us requesting such.
