  1. Add NEW folders for pets needing to be promoted, drop in info and photos/videos

  3. Add ADOPTED in Folder Title for pets that are now in homes, include Adoption Photo in folder

There are two emails. 

The Subscriber List Email should go out to ALL subscribers.  You can send it as a PDF OR you can use the Document to copy and paste the text, which includes a “VIEW” link to be able to see it through canva directly.  Make sure to test the link before you send it to make sure it copies over correctly in your email.

The Team Re-Engagement email can be sent with the same options.  This is meant to go out to your ACTIVE Volunteer/Foster team to explain the expectations going forward and introduce them to example content.


  • Volunteer Prompts

Contains two folders.

Experience Sharing: included are three rotational images to drop in emails (every 2-3 weeks) and then you will need to include the Content Sharing Folders for them to drop images in the body of the email.

Social Sharing Prompts can just be dropped as images into the email without any need for additional text.

***All Canva Links are in the main folder in case you would like to adjust sizes or download into formats more feasible to your current systems.***
