PET BRAND

GIVING PROGRAMS

Creating Long Term, Passive Funding

Generate financial donations as a result of weaving content with exclusive offers and giveaways for pet products into your monthly emails, adopter packets and social media posts intended to be mutually beneficial resources for pet parents.

HOW IT WORKS

FINANCIAL DONATION INCENTIVES

Sploot negotiates a financial donation incentive from each pet brand.  Your organization can opt into any or all brand offers to be eligible for their giving program.  For every pet parent that makes a first product purchase and notes your organization as the referral, you will receive the negotiated donation.

EXAMPLE GIVING PROGRAM: $20 per first purchase

$20 x 50 adopters made a purchase from your Adopter Treats Emails = $1,000

$20 x 50 pet parents made a first purchase from Spotlight Pet Giveaway Posts = $1,000

$20 x 25 pet parents made a first purchase from your Pet Parent Community Emails = $500

TOTAL = $2,500 for the month from ONE pet brand

*You can opt in to numerous pet brand collaborations

CONTENT WEAVING VS ADVERTISING

Content weaving differs from promotional advertising or sponsorship advertising as it promotes a collaborative, mutual benefit to pet brands, pet welfare organizations and pet parents.  The objective of content weaving is to provide exclusive offers and giveaways in content relevant to guidance your audience is seeking in regard to everyday pet care they may need or want to consider for their own pet.

FINANCIAL PAYOUTS

Your organization will use your dashboard to track financial donations (received and pending) along with other insights regarding your conversion rate (adopters/pet parents receiving offers divided by adopters/pet parents using offers).  Your Marketing Strategist will monitor your success and target where you are having the best results (generating highest donations) and detail how to increase the efficacy of less successful programs.

*** Marketing programs are only successful if they are fully implemented.  Sploot offers to fully manage subscriber lists and social media – however if your organization opts to handle social media on your own but fails to post provided content, you will miss donation opportunities.  In addition, if your team fails to walk adopters through the adopter program sign up, again, you will miss significant donation opportunities.  Your marketing strategist will be able to identify these areas and relay the results to you for consideration.
